Kwame Asante, Esq. is the founder of the New Orleans Black Film Festival. Attorney Asante has more than 15 years’ experience with nonprofit organizations, including serving as the State Director of the Louisiana NAACP from 2005 thru 2007, managing its Disaster Relief activities after Hurricane Katrina, as well as coordinating its statewide activities for its more than 10,000 members and close to 40 branches and college chapters.

TELLEY S. MADINA, SR.

Born and raised in New Orleans, Telley Savalas Madina attended high school at Eleanor McMain Secondary School.  Telley received a Bachelors of Science in Social Sciences with a concentration in political science at Loyola University New Orleans and is currently pursuing a Master’s in Public Policy from the University of New Orleans.

Jennifer “Milky” Johnson began Over Nite Success Entertainment, LLC© (overnitesuccess.com) in 1992 specializing in grassroots marketing and advertising for the entertainment and media industry. 

Having been exposed to music and the arts all of her life, her company’s drive is all about inspiring the young and young at heart to express their talents.
