Jennifer “Milky” Johnson began Over Nite Success Entertainment, LLC© (overnitesuccess.com) in 1992 specializing in grassroots marketing and advertising for the entertainment and media industry. 

Having been exposed to music and the arts all of her life, her company’s drive is all about inspiring the young and young at heart to express their talents.  She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing and a Master’s in Mass Communications, both from Southern University and A&M College.  Over the years, along with running her company, Johnson’s marketing abilities have allowed her to gain a wealth of exposure, challenges and knowledge on many levels of entertainment – from grunge work as a record label street rep, to corporate settings as a radio executive and a television producer.

In the company’s history, O.N.S. has serviced many clients including Paramount Pictures (“The Kings of Comedy” Motion Picture, “Martin Lawrence Live” Motion Picture), No Limit Records, Latham Entertainment (The Kings of Comedy Tour, The Queens of Comedy Tour), UpSouth Records/Malaco, McDonald’s, Wendy’s, Citadel Broadcasting (ESPN 1300, WEMX, KQXL, WXOK and Sunny 103) and NFL Cornerback Jimmy Williams’ Jimmy Cares Foundation. 

In 2003, O.N.S. proudly introduced Music Video and Television Production services to address the needs of the exploding music and film industry in Louisiana.  In 2005, the rebirth of O.N.S. Entertainment integrated a record label division and artist management for a select number of amazing, homegrown R&B, Gospel and Rap talent. 

In 2008, O.N.S. acquired, from The Louisiana Center for Film, Music and Television, The “Gimme The Mic™” Music Showcases. “Gimme The Mic™”, which began in 2005, is a creative outlet for all ages and exposes audiences to music from all genres including Jazz, Pop, Rap, Blues, and R&B.

O.N.S. has signed its first feature film project, “A Winning Journey™” (working title), which is currently in development.  Also, on the music side, O.N.S. just released its first R&B artist Kelly Cale’s (kellycale.com) debut album “Self Made”.
In addition to O.N.S., Johnson created the Flipmouth (flipmouth.com) brand in 2006, launching first as an apparel company and now expanding into an internet television channel.  She also created The Louisiana Center for Film, Music and Television Inc. (LCFMT), a non-profit which provides free workshops and mentoring to anyone interested in the entertainment industry particularly in underserved communities.
